What’s changing for launch#
Agreed on 24 September 2026, not yet in the deployed contracts:
- Prizes average 75¢ per $1 (it was up to 82.5¢), and Backers keep 12.5¢.
- The jackpot is 25% of the pool, taken first, with no floor, cap or separate jackpot fund.
- A $2 minimum on the three smallest prize levels (draft table, pending sign-off).
- Referral rates of 8, 9 and 10% by monthly volume, carried over from last month.
- No performance fee on Backer profit. Highroll’s fee is taken per line instead.
- Invite-only backing, and a 1.1M limit that applies to deposits only.
What’s not built#
- Cancellations, refunds or an emergency exit for Backers.
- Line NFTs, or one storage slot per line.
- A hosted data API.
- Subscriptions, recurring buys, points, VIP levels or guaranteed prizes.
- Automatic sharing of vault earnings with Backers.
The Gateway only makes purchases on Stable. It is not a bridge and holds nothing. The routing services are outside Highroll.
Before launch#
- The launch economics changes, then an independent audit.
- The cross-chain Gateway and the coin buyback path in audit scope, before any launchpad goes live.
- A full end-to-end proof test on the test network.
- A mainnet deployment.
- A gaming licence and final legal policies.
