Prizes and odds

Match more numbers, win more. The jackpot is a quarter of the pool.

Launch settings

This page describes the settings agreed for launch on 24 September 2026. The test network still runs older settings; see Test network.

Ways to win#

Match numbers from the draw to win. There are 12 possible results, and 8 of them pay. They come in four levels.

Grand
All 5 numbers and the bonus ball. This is the jackpot.
Major
5 numbers, or 4 numbers and the bonus.
Minor
4 numbers, or 3 numbers and the bonus.
Mini
3 numbers, 2 numbers and the bonus, or 1 number and the bonus. Each has a $2 minimum.

The jackpot#

The jackpot is always 25% of the prize pool. While nobody wins it, part of every line sold stays in the pool, so the jackpot grows every day. After a win, the next jackpot is 25% of what remains.

For example, a pool of $1,068,795 has a $267,199 jackpot. There is no promised minimum: the jackpot is whatever a quarter of the pool is that day.

For developers

On a draw with no jackpot winner, the pool keeps about 31¢ of each line (87.5¢ in, about 56¢ out in smaller prizes), so each line adds about 7.8¢ to the next jackpot. There is no floor, cap or reserve fund.

Draft for sign-off

These are the draft launch prizes. The final table may change before launch. Prizes are per winning line, before any duplicate lines.

Prizes follow the odds, not just the match count. As the pool grows, levels that need the bonus ball get rarer and pay more.

How prizes are worked out#

Each draw splits the pool in three steps:

  1. The jackpot comes first. It takes 25% of the pool.
  2. Then the minimums. $2 is set aside for every possible winner of the three Mini levels.
  3. Then the rest. What’s left is split between the other levels by fixed shares.

Each share is divided by every possible winning combination, not just the lines that were sold. So your prize doesn’t shrink because other people won too. It only changes if someone else bought the same winning numbers.

The formula

Bonus balls = pool ÷ 106,879.50, rounded up (106,879.50 is 0.75 × C(30,5)). Winning lines for a level = C(5, k) × C(25, 5 − k), times (bonus balls − 1) when the bonus doesn’t match. The jackpot is 25% of the pool, taken first. Next, 2 USDT0 is reserved for every possible winner of 3, 2 + bonus and 1 + bonus. That step is skipped for a draw if the reserve would exceed 35% of the pool. The rest is split 6 / 8 / 8 / 8 / 28 / 22 / 20%. This is the draft launch table, pending sign-off.

When minimums are skipped

If the $2 minimums would take more than 35% of the pool, they are skipped for that draw and the rest is split by shares alone. That only happens with a pool below about $580,000.

Your odds#

The bonus-ball range grows with the pool, so a bigger pool means a bigger jackpot and longer odds.

Ten different lines give ten times the chance. The range is set so that prizes average at most 75¢ per $1 line. See How a round works.
